Speaker Bio
Using analytics and human-centred design techniques, Everton helps companies create products and experiences that truly matter — for their business, employees, and customers.
After completing his MBA, he worked for IBM Interactive and Bridgeable before founding his own company, Impact Signal. Impact Signal is a customer experience design and customer analytics consulting firm based in Toronto.
He has successfully collaborated with companies such as Bristol Myers-Squibb, Astrozeneca, CIBC, RBC, TELUS, and the Federal and Provincial Governments of Canada.
Everton is a guest lecturer at Laurier University and invited speaker at conferences. During his time at Bridgeable, his project teams won numerous awards. The "TELUS Cellphone Renewals Experience" received the Service Design Networks Global Award and "Fast Forward: The Plan to Modernize New York City Transit" won Fast Company's Innovation by Design Awards.
